Pixeladies does not sell, rent, loan or trade its mailing list, whether email or postal. All email from Pixeladies is either on an “opt-in” basis or in direct response to an email request, purchase transaction, or class registration we have received. We send approximately four general newsletters a year. If you no longer wish to receive email from the Pixeladies or would like to update your preferences, click on the appropriate link in your most recent email from us, or email us at info@pixeladies.com.
When you enroll in an online Pixeladies class, we store only your contact information. All payments are made through PayPal, and your payment information is subject to their privacy policy. You can read PayPal’s privacy policy here. All Pixeladies online students receive a user name and temporary password. Once you enter the classroom, we recommend you change your password. We do not have access to your password. We can only reset it. We send class notifications throughout the duration of the class to inform students of start/end dates of classes, when new material is available, and when we have special notices.
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including any legal, archival, accounting, or reporting requirements.
